  • Requests made 30+ days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made 29 days or less before the event are not eligible for a refund.
  • No-shows without notification will not receive a refund, and your district will be informed.
  • Name substitutions or location changes (if applicable) are allowed up to ten (10) working days before the event at no cost.
