Retirement 210 This class covers the background of and reporting for all DRS retirement education plans including service credit, compensation and proper reporting.  Class participants will learn how to determine service credit eligibility by plan, define status and type codes as well as gain an understanding of reporting retirees and substitutes.  The course includes unique assignments that will help the participant build their own retirement manual for use after the class specific to the course content.  A final exam and research assignment are required for course completion.  This course is designed for individuals seeking practical knowledge of retirement principles in Washington State School Districts.

Maximum enrollment is 15 students.
