Booth Assignments: Booths are on a first-come, first-served basis with special emphasis given to our educational partners. If your choice of booth space is not available, we will make the best alternate selection. Clearly mark on the exhibitor registration form if you do not wish to be located near competing businesses.

Sponsorship: Please choose your partner sponsorship for 2018. You have $1000.00 to allocate towards sponsorship opportunities during the conference. When finalizing your invoice, please deduct any partner sponsorship credit from your payment and email your request to apply your credit to firstname.lastname@example.org ,your invoice will be adjusted.
Conference Mobile App: We are utilizing a conference mobile app, the app is designed to enhance the attendee experience by easily providing the conference schedule, workshop information and exhibition hall map.
Prize Patrol:Don't miss out on the exciting Prize Patrol! This event is held during the reception in the exhibit hall on Thursday May 10th. If you wish to participate in this activity, please indicate on the registration form. This gives exhibitors a chance to be publicly recognized as they give away their prize in front of the entire crowd. The exhibitor collects attendee names (ie:business cards, etc) at their booth as they interact with the attendees. When the prize patrol calls your business up you will bring with you your prize(s) to be given and draw the winner(s) from the names you have collected. Participation is optional.
Give A Ways: Exhibitors are welcome to hold “private” drawings at their booths.
Exhibitor Kit: Your exhibitor kit is available at: https://tacomaconventioncenter.org/exhibit . This kit includes important details, please make sure you review the information. Should you need additional resources for your booth this link will also provide you with cost and ordering information.
Cancellations: Cancellations received after April 15th will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. There are no refunds for no-shows. Please submit cancellations to Angie Marek at email@example.com or (360) 528-2025 prior to April 15, 2018.
