Morning Session-

"Hiring the Right People for the Position" - Presented by Dawn Long

"Action Memos" - Presented by Chris Burton

Using "Action Memos" as a way to communicate job performance expectations for employees.

Afternoon Session-

"Leading Change - Finding the Winning Combination" - Presented by Michael Newman

When leading change, whether imposed from the outside or new initiative started by you, there are levels of acceptance and levels of resistance. For you to be effective in leading change, you need to understand the forces for and the forces against the change, develop appropriate processes, set realistic timelines, and develop effective communication strategies.

Participants will learn:
 • Keys to finding the winning combination to positively influence the change process.
 • Have a greater understanding of the reasons people resist change.
 • Effective strategies to overcome the push back.
 • How to apply a model to manage complex change.
